What is a VI Peel?
The VI Peel is a medium-depth chemical peel designed to rejuvenate your skin and address a range of concerns. This advanced treatment helps brighten your complexion, refine pores, improve texture, diminish fine lines and wrinkles, correct sun damage, reduce hyperpigmentation, and alleviate scarring and active acne. It includes a numbing agent to ensure a comfortable experience.
What to Expect During the VI Peel
During the VI Peel, clients typically experience a warm, tingling sensation on the skin, accompanied by mild itching and burning. To minimize discomfort, a fan is used throughout the procedure. The peel remains on the skin for four hours before being removed. Later that night, mild itching may occur, which can be managed with an antihistamine. The following day, you’ll notice a radiant glow and a subtle lift in your skin.
On days 3, 4, and 5, the peeling process begins, usually around the mouth, progressing in sheets. By days 6 and 7, the peeling turns into mild flakiness.
Aftercare and Follow-Up
Patients are provided with a follow-up kit containing detailed instructions on how to use the products included. Additionally, we encourage you to download our app, which simplifies the process by allowing you to upload photos, track your progress, and receive notifications about when to use your products.
